This Privacy Policy is applicable to Personal Data that Insight Level, S.A.P.I de C.V., with address at Sendero Sur number 285, Colonia Contry C.P 64860, Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico, collects.

We are aware of the importance of the legitimate, controlled and informed treatment of users' personal data. Therefore, we make available to everyone this Privacy Policy about the treatment that are given to your personal data and other information that is collected.

In accordance with the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Private Parties and its Regulations (hereinafter LFPDPPP), you enjoy the rights of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Objection to Treatment (the "ARCO Rights"); Likewise, it has the right to revoke at any time the consent granted for the processing of its personal data to the extent permitted by law. Your requests will be evaluated under the terms established in the LFPDPPP and other obligations applicable to INSIGHT LEVEL, which will communicate in accordance with the following:

  1. Your name, mobile or phone number, address and / or email or other means to communicate the response to your request.
  2. The documents proving your identity or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the data subject.
  3. The clear and precise description of the personal data in respect of which it is request to exercise any of the aforementioned rights.
  4. Any other document or information that facilitates the location of your personal data.
  5. In the case of requests for rectification, the data subject must indicate the modifications to be made and provide the documentation that supports your request.
  6. The indication of the place where the originals of the attached documents may be reviewed.
  7. INSIGHT LEVEL shall notify the data subject, within twenty business days from the date on which the request for access, rectification, cancellation or objection was received, the determination made so that, if it is appropriate, it becomes effective within fifteen working days following the date on which the reply is communicated.
  8. The aforementioned periods may be extended once only for an equal period, provided that the circumstances of the case are justified.

Access

The obligation to access information shall be deemed to be fulfilled when personal data are made available to the data subjects through any means of communication.

Revocation

The data subjects may revoke his or her consent to the processing of personal data at any time, and only for such purposes must send a writing request to the Legal Affairs area at the address indicated in the first paragraph of this Privacy Policy and / or through the following email account: legal@insightlevel.com. The data subjects are responsible for shipping costs, the cost of reproduction of copies or other formats and, if applicable, the cost of document certification.

Personal Data Modification

Following the registration you can access at any time to do modifications of your personal data. These modifications will be made immediately without any approbation or authorization of INSIGHT LEVEL.

General Consent

If this Privacy Policy and its modifications have been made available to the data subject, either personally or through the website or other means, and not having immediately expressed any objection, it will be understood that the data subject has tacitly consented to the processing of his data .
